How did we get here? 

My professional mission is to improve the lives and effectiveness of 1,000,000 leaders and the employee experience and productivity of 10,000,000 team members. That mission has been shaped by decades of lived experience - from leading business transformation programs in complex environments to building a company from scratch and scaling it globally over 12 years.
