REACH Culture Survey

The REACH approach to Culture and Engagement provides clarity on strengths and opportunities using a simple visual framework consistent with the other tools in the REACH Ecosystem.

This report is commonly used to assess the micro-cultures found in each team, as well as the complete organisational culture and engagement index.

The amount of clarity, especially when used with the resources below, make this the Culture Survey loved by CEOs wanting to see targeted action taken based on the results of Culture Surveys.

REACH Pulse Survey Keep your finger on the pulse of your workforce in between the Culture Surveys so you can see how the interventions that REACH provides are working to improve all of your key engagement scores. This is a subset of the Culture Survey with 6 questions + optional comments.
Data Visualisation, Analytics and Impact Statements REACH provides you with enterprise analytics and flexibility. By adding custom questions, and tagging reports for advanced reporting, you can drill down to individual team cultures, then look at your data in a way that adds value – by region or by department, for example.

REACH Report Name Description/ Purpose

For Staff Development

The Learning Needs Analysis reports can be downloaded for individuals, or as a consolidated report for the entire team. The reports select courses and activities that will build REACH.

For Leadership Development

Like the Staff Development Learning Needs Analysis, the courses, activities and coaching provided are based on growing REACH. The recommendations in these reports are based off multi-rater feedback using the 360s.

For improving Culture of specific Teams or the Organisation

Like the Learning Needs Analysis, the report is based on growing REACH – this time by assessing the behaviours at an organisational level.

This report is particularly powerful to help offset the bias that naturally occurs in manually unpacking Culture Surveys. This is caused by people unavoidably focusing on specific negative feedback that may not be representative of the broader employee experience.


A fully editable, complete training library for your unlimited use.

The library is most suited for activity-based learning with groups between 6 and 16 people per session. The learning experience is 20% theory and 80% activity-based learning. It has been developed for adult learners in a work context. The courses have received outstanding feedback across the world with an average feedback of 9/10 from trainers, participants, and the course bookers/sponsors.

You can edit and re-brand the course materials to suit your needs and deliver the training to internal staff and external clients.
